Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 5-7 business days, excluding holidays. After shipping, you'll receive a notification email with a tracking number, which may take 24-48 hours to activate.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at paul@paulrichard.net with your name and order number.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and your package is already in transit with USPS, you will be responsible for the cost of a new shipping label to the correct address.
